Sound like the choices of sort of reducer flatteners are limited in the market. In fact, there are two flatteners ordered on the way to my house ... TeleVue 0.8X Reducer and Astro-Tech 2" field flattener (you see the World is so small!!!)

I'm pretty interested in the middleware, in the term of IT jarjon.

Not really... I bought my first binocular in last Feb. Most of the photos in my blog are bright objects. They are relatively easier to be captured. u just need to get the right instrucments and spend enough time on processing, u can do it. No magic...
