Although there are micro cracks in the filter, it is hard to see them visually. I found the marks on the images when I used the DMK. This means the light intensity level is still safe, but the image quality is affected.

不建議，雖然我也試過用在牛頓上，因為我在西藏沒有其他折射鏡，

以生產商的保守(及安全)指引，反射、折反射，甚至有後置鏡組的折射鏡包括高橋FSQ系、Televue NP系、Pentax 不少型號都不適合，否則匯聚的高熱量光錐會損壞鏡組的。

但用在折射鏡上則沒問題，人家在德國用在254APO上曝曬一段時間沒問題，我在天台裝在203APO上曬幾小時，吃完飯回來收也沒問題。
