Orbiting more than 300 miles up on a path highly inclined to the Earth's equator, the satellite will pass over most of the world's inhabited regions. Its balloon will inflate after 90 days, making it brightly visible, but causing its orbit to decay rapidly. The mission will end cleanly, 3 days to 3 weeks after balloon deployment, with a fiery "grand finale" that avoids buildup of space debris.

May be we can see the balloon.
