Anyone can share the experience of viewing big binoculars? What is the biggest binocular in the world? Is there any big binoculars in Hong Kong?

我用過最大的雙筒就是Markus Ludes的Fujinon 25x150ED雙筒，可以在他家後園看到北美星雲，也配備了全球最大的兩片UHC濾鏡：

而我一位認識的德國朋友，三四年前也從APM 203 f9 APO雙筒升級至APM 254 f9 APO雙筒，他自家有一台1米口徑反射鏡，是在歐洲最理想的觀星點之一，他是一家電子公司的老闆，地球上每一輛行走中的奧迪、平治、寶馬，都有兩三片他出品的電路板，稍後找照片給你看。

我親眼見過的，是2002年到上海佘山天文台看到的百年老鏡，也曾是遠東第一大鏡，以及應該是現時全國最大的折射鏡(普消)，400口徑折射雙筒，當年的性能是科研級的，到現像好像還在工作接待參觀者：

全球最大的雙筒，應是8米口徑的反射鏡筒.....

正如Markus Ludes所說，就算用上Fujinon 25x150ED雙筒，在有城市燈光影響的環境下，效果也大打折扣，不如月高對比的APO折射鏡然後推高倍率觀測，所以他指出大雙筒應座落在大沙漠或高山上。當然換在西藏4000海拔，我用Nikon 10x25也看到很多深空天體的形態，冬季銀河漫步時，滿目都是星團。所以我為自己的203APO買了Baader Mark V雙目，也備了兩套全焦段的TMB Supermonocentric，Ethos也能跟David的配對，手提目鏡箱內上萬美元的配件，夠買一個不小的雙筒了，就是有特別大的雙筒，就是這個原因。
