今晚花了不少時間測試一些老器材新功能，SBIG ST402ME、ST8300M、Paramount ME的導星及PEC等，隨手拍了一張很有風格的M42。

Paramount的追蹤精度的確厲害，啟動PEC後竟可1420mm配5.4um像素盲跟
怪不得David Levy可用C14以4000mm直焦盲跟3分鐘：

不過視寧度很弱，所以星點並不銳利，相片並未達到1420mm焦距應有的解像度。

Paramount ME 盲跟
地點：上水自家天台，目視可見北極星，以那種灰濛濛的天氣來說，能把彩色照片拍到這樣子算差不多了，當然窄頻會厲害得多：

M42 is a comom target for telescope testing. It just like "Hotel California" for HIFi testing. But I would like to see the Horsehead, exactly the head, under 203APO. If u have time try it.

also made this morning, single shot 300sec exposure unguided at 1420mm withno flattener

but signal to noise ratio is too poor, need narrow band filter or darker sky or extended exposure like 15 or 30min for that.

我觉得后期处理，AstroCafe的朋友圈是应该出现几个厉害人物，我的豆瓣上就有这样的朋友，迟一点我问问他。
