Another image I took in 20-6-2015. Due to accident, the Veil Nebula was taken in two framing postures. But PixInsight handled it nicely.

在香港用單反拍到這樣,很理想。

這是個別用窄頻濾鏡可以發揮得很好的目標,可以試試,

Thanks! I was impressed too. Especially this image was taken in HK with a DSLR. See if I can get something awesome in August trip to Yina mountain.

Amazing images by all means Willis! High optical quality also added a nice touch too, apart from skills.
Just love viewing it.

I've noticed some colour noises in the background. Wondering if those could easily be processed out further in PS? I usually do that in Lightroom by setting the colour noise reduction slider to about 10 (a tiny bit). That kills off nearly all the chromatic noises in my cases with DSLR and gives me much cleaner images.

Just my 2 cents worth :P

OK! Further reduce the color noise.

I think the result is even more pleasing especially when zoomed up large or printed.
I wish I could take a beautiful Veil Nebula image like this; I would hang it up on the wall in the office. :)

Thanks Willis.
And it was because of the unintended larger size this time, colour noises became more obvious before your last noise reduction.
If it was the usual small size, maybe that wouldn't had been an issue at all. ;)
