我也不清楚自己的天文台視寧度如何，看似不應太弱

西藏的天文台，放心一定有你的份，正如現在我很多東西都不懂，要向台灣及北京有經驗人士指導，現時歐洲美國都有些水平比較高的拍深空的愛好者，我但華人圈的確要結合起來努力一番了。

Yes! 社長 should even buy a bigger APO in Tibet & let the 203 stay in HK.

agree, so I just stick with the existing plan - keep the 203APO in Hong Kong and built a 600 f3.5 Newtonian in Tibet.

Newtonian is color free so it's more APO than any APO refractors

由于照片处理的元素多了，所以星点看起来松散，一般情况折射的星点都会很锐利...我想那或许是处理的问题，并不完全是视宁度的影响。

我相信因為這張照片曝光十分充份，後期處理不用推得太儘，所以作者傾向於保留星點的立體感，即星點中央到邊緣到天空之間有一種亮度層次感，所以不會特別銳化。當然也可以想像，兩台鏡一台焦距是2050，一台是1400，拍的也是業餘者的海拔，很難跟Kitt Peak上Adam Block用4000mm的RC拍的終極星系照相比了。

另外因為M81及M82這兩個星系之間瀰漫著一片星際塵埃，其實從照片右邊都看到一些了，那是跟一般訊噪不同的。

這張照片讓我最著迷的地方，是在背景天空中看到很多大大小小遙遠星系，所以這張照片的確可叫做"深"了。

我在想，若我的203APO移至西藏，便可以來個拋磚引玉，來個中德合作了

William 以你在檳城的情況，也可以考慮用228 APO配ST8300M拍些明亮的行星狀星雲，反正Paramount肯定不遜於樓上的赤道儀，應會有些作為的。
