同樣是Skywatcher的80ED，80/600的黑鑽系列有本身配套的平場鏡，但80/500的Equinox是沒有的。

有些人乾脆用Televue 0.8x平場減焦鏡去拍，在4/3片幅下不過不失。

按已往測試結果，直焦平場鏡應以TS2最佳，平場減焦鏡則以Skywatcher 0.85x較理想：
