剛收到一位德國朋友的電郵，為保障私隠我只引述技術內容，看來在西藏建立了遙控天文台，便會有很多不同的玩意可以試，配合不同的愛好者進行觀測，也是我學習的好機會：

Dear Savio Fang,

Do you see a chance, that we can try to observe the minor planet Eros at the same time to measure the parallax angle between your site in Tibet or near Hongkong and my
site in Germany? I have here at a dark site outside of cities an observatory with a 400/4000mm Maksutov telescope (with reducer f= 3200mma) and a smaller 100/800 mm Takahashi Refraktor. If you think we can try it , we will discuss the project in detail. Attached is an image of Eros (and at the right lower corner Tyche) from 2012-02-03.

Is your Tibet observatory ready for observing?

前天也順道發給台灣鹿林天文台，但收到德國這個回覆....

thanks very much for your offer to take part in the project to measure the parallax of the minor　planet Eros. But when I calculated the observing conditions, I found that we are too far away.
I calculated it for the night Feb-19/Feb-20 and used Taiwan coordinates 23.°7 north, and 120°.8 east　(my position is 7.°0 east an 50.°25 north.) and a time zone difference of 7 hours (we have in Germany +1h to UT).
The "best" chance is at 4:30 your time (CCT), the I have 21:30 .Eros is then for both of us only 10° in altitude.
Maybe we can try it later once more using another minor planet which is near the earth und which has a more higher declination.
