Thanks guy! Although my LT35T is a small scope, the portability & enjoyment are unbeatable. May be later I will buy a bigger solar scope for higher resolution works, but I will probably keep it. This is a Carl Ziess version!

For high magnification shots, you need a smaller barlow, a DMK 21 for faster frame rate, and better seeing!

I was greedy! That's why even the seeing was bad and have no DMK 21, I still wanted to get a big sunspot.

May be! But I am waiting for the big show 2013. Now one can see the sun surface looks like an orange. When approaching 2013, I guess even with a white light filter, one can see a deteriorated orange!

首個大秀應是2012的金星凌日，最重要是用Ha望遠鏡捕捉金星進入火焰的那一刻，否則要等一百年了....
我當時沒有Ha望遠鏡....
