Here is a radio programme on watching Aurora at Rovaniemi (Finland) on RTHK:
http://programme.rthk.org.hk/channel/ra ... &m=episodeRovaniemi is usually at the south of the Aurora oval. You may have more chance if you go further north but Rovaniemi is a big city with many things to do apart from watching Aurora.
