the main difference between my APM 8" APO and this APM 1m (40") APO is,

make by Germany & make in Germany, respectively

it came from the same factory as the 304APO bino in Baden Baden, over 10 years ago,

actually it's the same factory that built the 24" RC I imported in 2002, now installed at Lady MacLehose Holiday Village, Sai Kung.

對，2米計劃也開展了，若非一些限制，有機會放在我們西藏的台址，國台天文台也很歡迎。

这种1-2米级的望远镜，来到赤道附近若还是用叉式赤道仪，不知对追踪及机械的刚性是否会产生问题？

用Hale那款馬蹄鐵型的吧。

但我準備為貴國國立天文台建的，還是會用德式。

暂时还是纸上谈兵，还未有确切的预算。但不会有太高的预算。

貴國國立天文台有預算，還可以的，應跟我西藏的設備一樣，人家都在facebook看到我的東西。
