十分感謝香港城市大學給予機會，讓本人於08年秋承接合約，籌建該校新一代天文台 (其中Paramount ME派拉蒙赤道儀亦為本人供應)，採用Sirius Observatory University Model 6.7米直徑天文台，由於入則及一些程序需時，預計於今夏落成。

預計稍後亦會有另一同型號圓頂於香港落成，兩者均為香港最大天文圓頂。

今日收到意大利合作夥伴的圖片展示同型號圓頂的組裝過程，讓大家先睹為快，一幕幕情景仿佛似曾相識....

How do they align those 2 scopes?

I don't know，要裝好天文台後才知道。

這計劃是由城大潘德新先生(也是香港天文學會的資深成員)主管的。

同樣的問題也會出現在西藏遙控天文台上，兩台152APO架在一個派拉蒙赤道儀上，校正支架都有10公斤以上了。

今天把天文台組件送至城市大學，單是拆櫃及存倉已花了5位人員達八個多小時，由於要更改天文台選址，組裝日期會延後。而今天我的另一個天文台項目 - 西藏阿里天文台，Ash Dome組件亦已到達拉薩，並安排貨車再西行1800公里送至5100米海拔的建台點：

80年代初，從香港太空館建館一週年紀念特刊得悉中文大學建有香港唯一圓頂天文台，之後立志入讀中文大學，十多年後該圓頂歸本人名下，數年後再演變成今天的白鷺湖天文台，再到今天參與香港及外地包括北京、西藏的天文台計劃，原來夢境是會成真的。

經歷三年城大內部運作，最近終於找到一個校內建台點，現正交工程師設計地台及入則。

若一切順利，天文台應可於本年底明年初落成，與星河科研社組建的馬灣太陽塔圓頂，同時為香港最大圓頂天文台：

Sirius Observatories 圓頂建固耐用完成度高，機械電子及自動化部件設計合理，僅在香港星河科研社已組裝了2.3、3.5、5.0、6.7米全線型號，遠至北京及西藏也有：
