any reason you want a Maksutov Newtonian?

I know Maksutov Newtonian is a good design & it's performance is close to APO. The Skywatcher 190MN is too big for me & in short term I cannot afford a 4" APO. So I want to look for an interim scope. I am kind of new, trying different scopes is good if the price is not high. Are u sure u can get a new one? Is Intes Micro MN56 discontinued? BTW, wish u clear skies in Taiwan. Wait for ur good photos!
PS* How come u can always get Internet access?

Yes, Maksutov Newtonian is good for planetary and deep sky work, a F5 MN have similar correction as a F8 Newtonian, and there is no diffraction spikes from Newtonian secondary spider structure. The major problem is cool down time, but in Hong Kong it's less a issue.
